Mission The Technical Education Institution La Sagrada Familia of Ibagué Tolima is committed to the integral formation of Men and Women with a sense of belonging and love to build a new Society. Vision The Technical Education Institution La Sagrada Familia of Ibagué Tolima will be ranked among the best five educational establishments in the Municipality in 2017, recognized for the formation of integral men and women, competent to face and take on the challenges of globalization, with responsibility, quality and humanistic criteria.

La Sagrada Familia School is an institution located at Ibagué - Tolima, it has its main headquarters in the Carrera 5a # 65 - 41, Jordan Neighborhood, but also it has other two headquarters; Julia Calderón and Versalles. The group in which the needs Analysis was applied is on 10th grade of education. The classroom has 30 students and they are between 2nd and 3r social stratum.

The needs analysis was created in order to identify language or social needs that students might  have. To promote and recognize affective needs, language needs, environmental needs, etc,students had to solve this NA in order to establish the main issues that could affect them. To encourage teachers to reflect on their educational practices in order to improve the quality of the knowledge taught in the student´s training processes.
